Bureau d'information touristiqueThe new Bécancour Tourist Information Office, which is accredited by Tourisme Québec, is the gateway of the Centre-du-Québec region. It is located just off the Laviolette Bridge (Sainte Angèle Exit) at 1005 Port-Royal Boulevard, Bécancour, in the Saint-Grégoire Sector.

The Tourist Information Office of the MRC of Bécancour offers the following services:

  • General and tourist information for the entire MRC of Bécancour as well as the Centre-du-Québec region and the province of Québec as a whole.
  • Free reservation center for all tourist industry businesses (accommodation providers and others) for the entire province of Québec.
  • Professional services in both English and French.
  • Gift shop featuring regional products.
  • Free use of bicycles (in season).

  • Exit 196, take Highway 55 South
  • Take Exit 176

  • Follow directions to the Jacques-Cartier Bridge
  • As you exit the bridge, follow the directions to Route 132 East towards Longueuil

  • Exit 197, take Highway 55 South
  • Take Exit 176

Scenic route (Hwy 132)…

  • Follow directions to the Québec Bridge
  • As you exit the bridge, follow the directions to Marie-Victorin Road (Route 132 West) towards Lévis (Saint-Nicolas)
